"Never had water in basement until we spend Six Thousand Dollars for leadguard"
Spent six thousand dollar for leaf guard. Never had water in basement until after we spend six thousand dollars. Now we have a basement water problem because debris collects on the gutter guards so rain water flows OVER the gutters and gets into basement. And we still have to climb the ladder to clean off the gutter guards. Caveat emptor!

"Price Gouging"
Leaf Guard of Charlotte sent salesman that priced our gutter project at 10% of house value. Even after a few discounts, the price ended up well over twice the price that 2 other companies quoted. Do Not fall for the price gouging sales tactics of this company. The sales manager actually told me that the material costs were $38 per linear foot.

"Length of time for presentation and estimate"
After realizing that I might have a problem with the gutters on the house I bought a year ago I signed up for an estimate at the local Home and Garden Show. A time and date was set and I received a receipt showing 75% off installation, but not materials, and the promise of a $25 Darden figt card for allowing the presentation. I was shown pictures from the inspection of my gutters and also information about the company and other options available on the market. When, after TWO hours the representative had only got to the point where another option cost $15.000, I demanded to get to the bottom line, what MY LeafGuard job would cost. He insisted that he had to get to the end of the presentation before he could tell me the price, and since I was unwilling to spend another hour or two listening to that, he packed up and left in a hurry, refusing to give me the Darden gift card, because I had not listened to the WHOLE spiel. The beginning of the visit was cordial and nice but the end was nothing but pressure so I have no idea if the product lives up to the hype or not..

"Gutters installed"
would like to thank Rohn Rutledge for his time showing us the product and getting us set up with an install date. The crew of Tanner Brown & Travis Carr from Boise Id. were great to work with they did a fine job in a timely matter. The gutters look great and my wife is very happy. Thank you David

"Customer service? Nope"
This gutter handles light rain well. Heavy rain flows over. Snow stops on the gutter and forms nasty ice. We had the whole house done and now have huge ice banks everywhere there should be draining. We have records of too many calls to the office with no results from customer service. The gutter above the garage entry forms an ice dam and forces overflow to go into the garage. The overflow also is draining onto a new deck and new concrete in the driveway. Avoid this gutter system... oh, and we didn't get our gift card either.

"Leaf guard"
Leaf guard by Lindus construction. Worst gutter you can get. All winter long ice build up on my steps and driveway. These gutters do not work in the winter. I believe that any other gutter or no gutter would be better.

"Get ready for Ice"
I am 77 years old and decided it was time to stay off roof. I purchased this product with the hope that the gutters would remain free of leaves. That has happened so far for the fall months. Rain waters responded as advertised. Now it is winter. The first snow of 10 inches is a problem, big time. The leafguard is producing icicles and dropping water on the front porch and deck creating very slippery and dangerous entry to the house. Where to now?

"Worst spent money ever!"
Had these things installed in Salem, Oregon after a neighbor had made his purchase. Their guaranteed "not to clog" means that when they do clog - which is often - you have to call and use the phrase "gutters..clogged" they will come out and use your hose to flush them out. Fir needles are a huge culprit being the basis for most of my clogs. Biggest rip-off I have ever experienced.

"Expensive but okay."
Over $7,000 for an average suburban home. They work well except in winter you get a lot of samurai sword size icicles. A few years after install, I peeked inside the gutter, and they are still like new. So that's a plus I guess. The salesman convinced us the screen type gutter screens were crap, but I kinda wish we got those instead. I think we could have saved a lot of money.
