Ludowici Roof Tile manufactures a clay roof tile in much the same style of shingles made hundreds of years ago. These tiles are available in a variety of sizes, textures, and finishes. Ludowici manufactures tiles in many of the traditional patterns of historical clay tiles.

Ludowici's History

Ludowici Roof Tile has a long history of producing roofing products. Ludowici Celadon was formed in 1906 when Ludowici Roofing Tile Company purchased the Celadon Roofing Company. In 1989, Certainteed, Inc. purchased the assets of Ludowici-Celadon, Inc. Ludowici is based in Ohio.

Warranty

Ludowici Roof Tile Company warrants its tiles to be free from manufacturing defects for 75 years following tile installation. They will replace, free of charge, any tile proven to be defective during the first 20 years of the life of the roof. Any defective tiles after the 20-year period will be replaced at a reasonable cost. The warranty is transferable one time over the life of the roof. Celadon Ceramic Slate tiles are warranted for 50 years. As with all roofing products, we recommend that you carefully inspect all warranties to thoroughly understand the terms.
