"100% granule loss of some shingles in 11 years"
Built the house Dec. of 2008. Landmark M (30) Weathered shingles were installed. It is now mid 2020, so 11 1/2 years later. This is supposed to be a 30 year product. They actually only warranty it for 5 years labor included. Some of my shingles have 100% granule loss and all of them have at least 50% granule loss. I have no tall trees in the area or severe weather. I have had two roofers inspect. They both said roof needs replaced and one said I have the worst granule loss they have ever seen. The CertainTeed company that manufacture's the product has only offered me $405.00. I need a $9,000-$11,000 roof replacement. There are tons of BBB complaints about this product with the exact same complaints and years of install and around the 10 year mark they fail. The company only gives back minor amounts like what I have quoted. The only good thing I can say is the moss preventative has worked till now, but this year I did notice moss that would need to be addressed if I didn't get a new roof.

"Excellent Company"
Landmark Roofing came out and replaced our homes shingles which was a 3 tab shingle with architecture shingles, and we could not be happier. The company was so professional, on-time, very thorough with the shingles placement, cleanup, trim cuts and painting. Landmark went above and beyond wither replacing extra boards, top notch boots on ducts, Direct TV antenna mounting, and best part of the entire work was the nails magnetic sweep of the yard. Landmark did a great job getting these up.

"Excellent product"
My home, my brother's home, and my parents' home all have Landmark roofs, installed in 2009, 2015, and 2018 respectively. The older two have both withstood extreme wind events like a champ, and still look new. I can't imagine ever going with a different brand on another home.

"Office Mgr"
I just put a new roof on my house. Built a Garage in 2010. So I wanted to match up the color, I was able to get really close. My Roofer said I can not believe these are 10 years old. You can't tell the difference from the new Shingles.

"Matched 5 years later"
I added an addition onto the front of my house and had to weave new shingle in with the old and to my surprise you can't tell where the new begin and the old ended.

"laminated colonia slate"
I put them on my new home 4 years ago and I have had no problems. I Live in a winding area. They are a little more involved compared to original style shingles but the look is worth it. Yes I would use them again.

"Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with landmark"
You would have to take a look at who installed the product. Winter install is tricky. I stand by the product and care about roofing so much and love roofing everyday I can. Thanks Team 547

"staggered pattern hunter green shingles"
So I'm somewhat of a builder myself, and I decided to buy shingles and put them on myself instead of pay out a ton of money and have someone else do it for me. Doing shingles isn't new for me, but using shingles that aren't the original three-tab style, is. I've owned the shingles for a year now, and haven't had any leaks, or replacements. Been a lot of storms and none have peeled off. The color and pattern goes well with the rest of the house, and they were roughly the same price as any other style. I will say, the dislike I had for this style of shingle is the installation is harder. Cutting through two layers of shingles is very hard sometimes and dulls the blades fast. Aside from the extra labor I went through of putting them on, they are a nice shingle from a great brand that I have seem on a lot of homes.
